If you would like to make a claim for products damaged in transit or incorrect order received, please do so within 48 hours of receipt.

To arrange for a return and refund contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone on 0409 867 478. We will arrange for the product to be returned to us (postage at our cost, packaging at customer's cost or reuse package received). Within 3 days of receipt of the returned product we will process a refund of the original purchase price and shipping* to the account that was used for the purchase.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original date of shipment by Three Mamas.
Our money back guarantee applies only to Australian and New Zealand residents who have purchased products from our online store and does not apply to products purchased from our stockists.
* If multiple products were originally purchased, the refunded shipping amount will be equal to the shipping cost that would have been incurred if the returned product was the only item originally purchased.
